The process of both booking & receiving our car was excellent. Slightly disappointed by the damage to the cars exterior & fuel level. However, that doesn’t reflect our satisfaction with Robins handover. The car is being returned with more fuel in the tank than we had at handover. Our loss. Hopefully the car collection will be all ok at the car is parked outside the hotel entrance due to insufficient space. Thank you Robin.

Zero deposit no huge credit card hold just paid what they quoted me and everything was sorted! I stayed in the north of Tenerife so instead of driving all the way to the office in los cristianos to pay for the car I just called them the next day and paid over the phone. And the car was fantastic too couldn’t fault anything about the service or the vehicle I will absolutely 100% use again next time I visit Tenerife! I see a lot of comments saying it’s expensive but I don’t think the €260 I paid for a week with zero fuss and zero queuing at a desk was expensive! Literally the best car hire place in Tenerife.

Great little run around. Towards the back end of my holiday, I needed a car for 1 day and was given the Seat Arona. Stronger engine for the hills of Tenerife and a much smoother drive. Both cars were clean, well maintained and nice to drive. Paid by card, show your driving licence, passport and off we went. Great service all round and the staff were really nice and helpful.
