  The car was directly opposite when you land and clear customs so there's no jumping in a van to get to the place.
  When we went to pay for the car it was easy to find and all the staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
  The whole experience was 1st class and we'll definitely be using them again.

  Mia was very helpful and friendly during the booking process on email and over the phone, as was George when he dropped the vehicle off for us. He took his time to fully explain all the important stuff.

  As previous reviews have mentioned, we had always booked car hire from the usual companies at the airport. However, on this occasion we gave Sanasty a … More try. The last time we were in Tenerife in January 2025, the airport was extremely busy, there were long queues for taxis and public buses that stretched for over 50 metres. On that occasion we didn't book a car hire as we were staying at Paloma Beach apartments in Los Chris. It was a nightmare and took us 2 hours to get a taxi.
  As we were staying at the Hard Rock in Playa Peraiso we booked a rental car with Sanasty pre holiday. Unlike other branded companies, the booking was simple. An email asking for a quote, a reply with the quote was given with none of the usual trying to upgrade the car and insurance that we came to expect at airport kiosks. Just plain and simple, this is the car, this is the cost with all the required instances included. We didn't pay there and then as they said just drop by the office within 48 hours of collecting the car and pay cash or card.
  We landed, walked across the crossing from departures B, and there the car was as described in email including registration plate. We paid €6.50 car park exit as the ticket was left on the dashboard and drove away. From landing to picking up car to arriving at hotel took an hour. Granted it was quieter than last time as our flight landed around 6pm.
  The following day we drove down to Sanasty in Los Chris and paid cash to a wonderful lady who had a sweet Geordie accent.
  All in all, one of the best experiences we've had worldwide let alone Tenerife. I would recommend this family run business and will definitely use again when in Tenerife

  From the first email to get a quote the experience of the team shone through.
  The car was ready to pick up from the office when I arrived and I arrived early! A few days into the rental a fault light appeared on the dashboard.
  I visited the offices and within five minutes Andrew and Lisa had a replacement vehicle for me to drive away! They text or email you regularly to ensure you happy with your vehicle and keep you updated with when it needs to be returned. They are also always on hand if you need any help with excursions or information on places to visit whilst in Tenerife.
  A excellent firm with knowledgeable and friendly staff who go above and beyond to accommodate all your needs.
