  Mia was very helpful and friendly during the booking process on email and over the phone, as was George when he dropped the vehicle off for us. He took his time to fully explain all the important stuff.

  From the first email to get a quote the experience of the team shone through.
  The car was ready to pick up from the office when I arrived and I arrived early! A few days into the rental a fault light appeared on the dashboard.
  I visited the offices and within five minutes Andrew and Lisa had a replacement vehicle for me to drive away! They text or email you regularly to ensure you happy with your vehicle and keep you updated with when it needs to be returned. They are also always on hand if you need any help with excursions or information on places to visit whilst in Tenerife.
  A excellent firm with knowledgeable and friendly staff who go above and beyond to accommodate all your needs.

  After reading lots of positive reviews on line and seeing Andrew’s TikTok channel I decided to go with Sanasty.
  Booking was straightforward and I received an email from Andrew stating prices (very reasonably priced) I opted for an automatic as wasn’t used to driving a lefty and arranged a pickup date.
  On morning of pickup I was greeted by Kate who was there on time, very polite and professional. Unfortunately there had been a misunderstanding and a manual car had been brought which Kate apologised for and promised to get another car over asap (this wasn’t an issue as we didn’t need the car till the following day).
  Car was brought as agreed at 9am by George who was equally as nice as Kate, he also apologised for the mix up and went through the cars details and what to expect on the road. His knowledge and expertise shone through and really put me at ease as to what to expect.
  The car itself was perfect (seat Arona) brand new and small enough to manoeuvre with enough power to take 2 adults and 2 teens (both 6ft) around the island in comfort, even when going up to Mt Tiede.
  All in all an absolutely cracking company that will go to great lengths to make car hire as hassle free as possible.
  We’re booking again for next year and will definitely use Sanasty for our next trip.

  Having had a series of bad experiences with the major players at Tenerife Airport (including Sixt and Hertz, both of which attempted to pin damage on vehicles … More on me), I decided to try Sanasty. I have to say, the whole experience was refreshingly simple and straightforward. The vehicle I hired was perfectly clean, but it was not new (about 70k km), and had a number of minor scrapes and cosmetic blemishes. However, it was mechanically excellent and was exactly what we required to get around the island safely and efficiently. The pick up and drop-off processes were great and involved much less waiting than when renting from the usual suspects. Great experience without the stress of worrying that you are about to be ripped off by dishonest operators.
